Hi! My name is Shola and I’m a kinesiologist who works with women with a variety of conditions such as fibroids, endometriosis, PCOS and infertility.

I’ve created this website to share my knowledge on uterine fibroids with the world, and hopefully give you some tips on how to shrink your fibroids, reduce your symptoms, and get pregnant with uterine fibroids.
