Black Women & Fibroids
The majority of my clients who see me for fibroid problems are either Black British, Caribbean, African or Asian.
Why is that? Hopefully, this video can shed light on this puzzle:
Please let me know what you think… would you like me to create more videos on this subject, or something else relating to fibroids?

Just want to let all the women out there know that even if your fibroids are very large (size of a grapefruit or larger) you can get them to shrink back down and even go away completely. This isn’t an overnight cure. I’ve been at it for about 16 months now and my fibroids have been reduced by about 50% and are continuing to shrink.
My protocol is vigorous, as my tumors are large, aggressive and multiple. Fortunately, they cause me little discomfort. I am a very slender caucasian woman, of Jewish extraction, living in America, and am about to turn 47. Two gynecologists I saw wanted to take my uterus and were sort of surprised when I protested that that was a ridiculous proposition. After all, the overies will die within six months to two years of the operation, your orgasms will be permanently changed (and not for the better), your hormonal profile will be shit, since your testosterone and progesterone will drop to practically nothing – leaving you with unopposed estrogen free to roam around in your blood stream to make you feel crappy and give you stroke and cancer. But, the doctors said, you won’t have fibroids any more and the operation only takes an hour!
So, instead I have followed a vigorous regime of kidney and liver detox and rebuilding which has improved my eyesight 100%, I take a lot of herbs, both Chinese and western to help balance my estrogenic profile and support my tissues. I only eat organic food, straight from the farmer’s market and only drink spring water bottled at the source and short-hauled no more than three hours from where I live. I threw out my plastic utensils, microwave oven, teflon and tupperware and avoid all canned foods. I got rid of all of my cosmetics and laundry soaps and replaced them with non-toxic ones that don’t have sodium laurel sulphates or parabens. I take evening primrose oil, aloe vera, liquid organic bio=available vitamins, probiotics, food enzymes, etc. etc. My diet is about 70% raw now, too.
I am getting stronger and stronger, slowly. I now know that a weakened liver is primarily responsible for my condition, since the liver processes estrogens. I am planning to do a gall bladder cleanse (several of them) to get my stones out (we all have hundred of stones!) It takes a couple of years to rebuild a liver, but I am confident that in the next six months my fibroids will be gone and I’ll feel better than I ever have in my life.
Since I was born with chronic fatigue, asthma and allergies – and all of these conditions are related and respond well to the protocols above, I am feeling really awesome these days – and looking and feeling slimmer, too. It’s been a long road. In the beginning the detoxing stressed my already weakened kidney and liver and I’d be bloated and headachy a lot. That phase lasted over a year. Keep at it and don’t give up. Your uterus is worth saving! It keeps you healthy throuout your life, even after childbearing years are over.
Have a great exploration. You’ll learn a lot about yourself, your body and gain great health in the process.

This video was extremely insightful.
I have had 3 Myomectomies and it was only on the third that I realized that dietary changes were a contributing factor. Thankfully my uterus is intact and I can now be proactive in controlling my fibroids. Your informative videos are key to my process.

Thanks for the Vitamin D tip. Can you also do some research into Vitamin K deficiencies that may or may not be every woman’s problem, but could possibly have some impact on excessive uterine bleeding and clotting with fibroids. Thanks for all that you do.
