• Chaste Tree – helps reduce the over-production of estrogen (estrogen makes fibroids grow), balances hormones and reduces PMS and inflammation

• Red Raspberry – controls excessive menstrual bleeding, and supplies the body with vitamins and minerals lost during heavy periods

• Motherwort – relaxes the uterine muscles, and prevents cramps, spasms and menstrual pain, and balances the hormones

• Siberian Ginseng – increases energy levels, helps the body deal with excess stress, and prevents heavy bleeding

• Red Clover – supports the liver in getting rid of excess estrogen and provides a range of nutrients to prevent anemia. It also has anti-tumor properties

• Licorice Root - reduces bloating, water retention and blood pressure, while helping the liver detox excess estrogen

• Burdock Root – cleanses the blood and helps the liver get rid of toxins and contains plant compounds that prevent tumor growth

• Goldenseal – strengthens the immune system, helps reduce inflammation of the uterus, and keeps uterine tissues healthy

• Echinacea – helps to heal wounds, control benign tumors such as fibroids and reduces inflammation

How To Prepare The Herbs

Well, there’s the easy way, and the hard way. The hard way would be to find the herbs in loose form, take a bit of each, boil them up each morning and drink them as a tea 3 times a day. Some of them don’t taste great, BUT they work so well in shrinking fibroids that it’s worth the effort.

Unfortunately, many of my clients would "forget" to take their herbs – either they tasted so gross, or it was impossible to boil them up every day with their busy lifestyles.

This led me to find an easier way for my clients to take their herbs. A herbalist prepares these herbs in capsule form (it’s called FibroidClear), so my clients would take their herbs regularly. It worked like gangbusters!

Suddenly, everyone was seeing improvements in their fibroids. My favorite story was the woman who had 2 large fibroids – one was 12cm and the other was 8cm. She also had multiple smaller fibroids, but was most concerned about the large two.

She took the herbs for 4 months, and did a complete body cleanse, ate a healthy diet and her last ultrasound showed that all the small fibroids had gone, and the larger ones had shrunk by approximately one third!

TCDD (this is short for 2,3,7,9, Tetracholorodibenso-p-dioxin) and its another group of chemicals that pollute the environment. These dioxins come from industrial waste, and the byproducts from the chemical industry.

This dioxin can mimic estrogen in the body (as it fits into the estrogen receptor sites) and even a minute amount of this chemical in the blood can suppress the immune system, increase the risk of developing cancer and increase the risk of birth defects in the developing fetus.

You can also find dioxins in paper products bleached with chlorine, such as:

• tampons and sanitary towels
• toilet paper
• tissues
• disposable diapers
• coffee filters
• paper plates
• paper napkins
• paper towels (such as kitchen roll) 
• and cigarette paper.

If you want to shrink your fibroids naturally, or stop fibroids from growing, you need to cut out all the substances that cause fibroids to grow in the first place.  Xenoestrogens cause fibroids to grow out of control, and you can find these harmful substances in contaminated water and food.

You’ll also find xenoestrogens in cosmetics, such as moisturisers, sunscreen lotions, make up, body creams, perfumes, deodorants, shampoos, toothpaste… just about anything.  The things to look out for are parabens. 

These are chemicals used by in the cosmetic industry to preserve products, so they will have a longer shelf life. When you’ve finished reading this, just look at all the labels of your cosmetics and look out for the following words:

• paraben
• methyl
• ethyl
• propy
• butyl.  

All of these are parabens.

Next, look at any medication you might be taking, or over the counter drugs to see if any of these chemicals are in the tables you might be taking.

Household products, such as insecticides, paints, oils, weed killers, dyes, glues and adhesives will contain a high number of xenoestrogen chemicals.   If your fibroids have suddenly become worse, you need to think about what you’ve been exposed to that have caused them to grow.
