Thanks a lot for all the interesting information you send me.
My question is for how long do I have to take your product in order to shrink a fibroid 9.5cm x 7 cm.
I have have this fibroid since 10 years ago. The heavy periods started 4 years ago.
I took homeopathy for about 10 years with no possitive results. I have been taken Fibrovan for 10 months. At the beginning I took 2 pills 2 times a day. Since 2 months I have been taken 2 pills 3 times a day. But I still have not seen any change.
I want to know if I can make the change from Fibrovan to your product??
I am a very healthy 47 female, with very healthy habits and diet. Very active, I do workout 4 days a week. I am 5′1 tall and 120 pds. weight slim and athletic shape.
Thanks again for all your help.

I was amazed of what I read. It was very informative and inspiring, organic is difinitely the way to go.

Thank you Shola for sharing this very informative info with others. Surgery is not always the answer for everyone especially in milder cases. I do notice that after I eat certain foods- including rice- I develop abdominal swelling and I can feel that my fundus is more prominent. There is definitely an environmental connection.

Thank you so much for the informative information. I had an scan the other day to find out that my fibriod has grown. I received your email and just watched both video’s. I cant believe that these chemicals are everywhere…very upsetting and disappointing. Its upsetting to see that farmers are doing this. …spray the crops to protect them, and inject livestock with growth hormones so that they can grow faster so that they are sold faster…Its all about the money isnt it? We are the one’s that suffer in the end…I have always walked past the organic stand but always walked away bc it was more expensive. I would now rather pay more to remain healthier and stop my fibriod from growing!!
Thank you!!

Your videos are very informative, and provide information that doctors do not disclose.
I cannot believe that estrogens invade so many foods and products in the USA.
Thank you so much for providing these videos. They are more than helpful.

I am 37 years old and had 2 hysteroscopies and 1 myomectomy (very painful). I started having problems at age 33 and been trying to have a baby for 4 years now. This is so frustrating because I had terrible symptoms with these fibroids. I am 5.4 and 120 pounds, I am going to the GYM 3 times a week, I do not eat a lot of fatty foods. Is there a medicine which is effective, natural, and safe (for a possible pregnancy) that could stop fibroids from growing? Are IVF shots sugnificantly contribute to a fibroid tumor developing/growing?

This video was very interesting, I would like to know more on fibroids.

Thank you for the video it is very helpful in understanding how the extra estrogen in our environment causes fibroids. One thing you mentioned that is sticking with me is how estrogen is stored in the fat of animals. I was wondering if that is also true with us. Would losing excess weight lower our estrogen level and cause the fibroids to shrink? I am anxious to hear your next video.

I found the video informative and quite scary. I could not see the second video of how to stop the fibroid growth. I had surgery and my sister went the other route to shrink hers. They both were very painful. I am afraid for my sisiter because hers are still present. Who knows what is in store for me as well. Please send me the link, I am grateful for any information, Carolyn

Well done Shola on doing such an excellent job on your 2 videos on fibroids! The information was very helpful, but also frightening as there seems to be no escaping the harmful estrogens. But as you mentioned we can reduce the problem but eating more organic fruits and vegetables. So thank you for your very informative videos!

Can a woman carry a pregnancy with a fibroid and can a woman have a fibroid removed once pregnant?
leslie on 03 Jul 2008 at 8:44 pm #
Hi, Shola!
I believe I wrote a very long letter to you several months ago detailing my research and protocols. I was very, very explicit. Since then in the U.S. national headlines have been made, since they discovered massive amounts of estrogens from birth-control pills in the drinking water (not to mention many other pharmaceutical contaminates). I’ve been maintaining that for years! Nice to get some confirmation of my suspicions.
Anyway, now that a lot of women know, how do we ease them into a new lifestyle? BTW, I made the transition in about 3 or 4 months, starting with throwing away all the canned foods, teflon cookware, plastic storage containers, and conventionally-grown foods.
But after that I also got rid of my cosmetics, my shampoos, detergents, sprays, and lotions!
After that I found out that in the U.S. if it says “organic” it might not be organic at all. Please let everyone know that they must avoid the “Wal-Mart” and “Safeway” and even the “Whole Foods” 365 brands. They are selling feed-lot meats, milks and soy products which are heavily GMO modified and sprayed as organic! If you want to avoid a lot of frustration, please tell everyone !!! Best bet is buy from local, small farmers in the farmer’s market or small organic health-food stores. AND NATURAL OR FREE-RANGE IS NOT THE SAME AS ORGANIC!
If they know to follow these guide-lines, all will be well. I have reduced my tumor by 60% over the course of 18 months and they were huuuuge! One was the size of a brick and is now the size of a large orange. The other was the size of an orange and is now the size of a super ball!
Lastly, alternative therapies have proven very helpful, particularly all the great herbal tinctures, progesterone cream, acupuncture massage called “cupping” which draws out toxins, and Chi Nate San (I’m sure I’m spelling it wrong) massage and herbal formulas.
Whew! it’s certainly a lot of discipline - but I take comfort in knowing that my tumor is the proverbial “canary in the coal mine”, taking up my toxins so I don’t get sick with something much more serious. And, in the future, all us forward-thinking consumers will demand a lot more safety from our foods, cook-ware and beauty products - that’s quite positive, as well!

In response to Christi’s question, you should certainly be able to carry a baby after having fibroids removed. I gave birth naturally, too. Also, my sister in law informed me that she gave birth while having a fibroid — quite unusual.
Also, on another note, I found acupunture to be helpful although the results were not lasting. But, I only did 3 treatments. I think it could work, but it will take time and it can be costly — most insurances do not cover this treatment.

I am 40 and never had problems with fibroids until my 1st pregnancy at 32. fibroid grew to 8lbs and was never removed,i had a natural delivary of a 7lb baby. fibroid shrunk after delivary but returned full force w/2nd preg. at age 34 and has never gone away, only multiplied. waited sooo long to start a family and now having so much trouble. My dr. has advised me to have a hystorectomy.but i am researching other options. My question is, is it possible to shrink one that is larger than a grapefruit?

Hi, Shola
I find your fibroid videos to be very informative, thanks to your website i see that I’m not alone in this fibroid delima, Can not wait for the next video.

Hi Shola
At last I have been able to view both videos and I am glad I did. I have already started a regime of excluding many things from my diet, after recently refusing surgery. I just felt it was not the way to go. However your videos have confirmed that I need to go a lot further. I have also just returned from 3 weeks abroad where most of the fruit and vegetables I was eating was organically grown locally, on the family farm. I was surprised that I noticed a reduction in my fibroids after 2 weeks.
Since coming back they have started to grow again but I am going to implement the changes you suggest in your videos and hopefully this will help.
thank You

Dear Shola, thanks very much for taking the time to research and share your findings with us. I have not really been diagnosed that I have fibroids but I suspect because of the fat that is on my belly. However, I too will be examining my cosmetics labels and discard any that has the disturbing chemicals. Also, I do not heat up foods in plastic containers but I store food in them in the refrigerator. Is that ok? May God continue to bless you and give you more insight as you research and share. Thanks again.

I really appreciate you sharing a weath of knowledge. I was on the right trail. I could not explain it but, I know it was true about the eating of the fish etc. And the paper towel, paper plates, because asmlong as I was up north I did not use or eat these things until I came to the south. Itook on the way my husband has been living. I within 3 years time I have become miserable. And discovered I had fibroids.Which now I am in the midst ofshrinking,by hergs and juicing, and get them massaged during my menstrual cycle. I and hit this at all angles.
So thank you again for sharing and letting me know I was on the right track!!!!
