I have fibroid 0,6mm which is not big but I got heavy periods sometimes,

how I understand from last video it is important to anyone to clear they liver and kidney

anyway

I will start cleaning my body from tomorrow

Dear Shola,

I have been following a good diet – organic where possible, no chemical household cleaners or cosmetics, very light on dairy and wheat and taking chlorella and spirulina as well as a breakfast with linseed, porridge and depending on the day goji berries, maca, black sesame seeds – you name it I have tried them all.

I have also been doing yoga, moderate exercise regularly and don’t overindulge in caffeine or alcohol.

4 years ago I had a myomectomy, I now have 2 fibroids sticking into my bladder and I will have to undergo surgery because of the recurrent UTAs – as a result of my bladder being unable to empty fully.

I started taking the fibroid clear in November, and took it for 2 months but discontinued because my stomach was getting larger and more bloated, my periods were extremely painful. When I stopped taking the herbs the bloating subsided, I started again and same issue. I have now discontinued them completely. My last period was not as bad as the previous. Can you shed any light on this? Is there any way these herbs could have stimulated fibroid growth rather then reversing it? I know that different women have different hormonal imbalances and that some of the herbs are estrogenic, have you heard of any other women who have had similar problems taking the herbs?
